Not a single made-up word
Neural networks love to «improve» text. Here that's impossible by design: the editor may only touch punctuation, capitalization and spelling of names, and every word it produces is checked against the raw transcription.
If the check doesn't match, the raw transcription goes to the chat, exactly as the model heard it. Ugly text beats a pretty fabrication.

What people ask before connecting
Do I need Telegram Premium?
For private chats — yes: Telegram Business mode is unlocked by a Premium subscription. In groups and in the chat with the bot itself Premium isn't needed: in a group the bot captions voice messages on its own, and to the private chat you can simply forward a voice message.
In a group, does the bot transcribe everything or only on request?
Everything. It captions every voice message and video note in the group on its own, as a reply, and everyone sees the text. No need to call it, minutes are charged to whoever recorded it. If transcription isn't needed in this chat, a group admin types /voice off and the bot goes quiet.
Can I forward someone else's voice message to the bot?
Yes. Send or forward a voice message to the private chat with the bot, and the text arrives there within a couple of seconds. No Premium needed, minutes are counted under your regular plan.
Which languages are supported?
The bot supports more than 50 languages, including Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and many others. The language is detected automatically.
Will the other person know a bot is replying?
The text arrives from you as a reply to the voice message, like an ordinary message. Telegram adds no «sent by a bot» notice to it.
What does the bot do to the text besides punctuation?
Nothing. It's allowed punctuation, capitalization, the letter ё and the spelling of names. The words are checked against the original, and if editing touched them, the raw transcription goes to the chat.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
The bot stops transcribing until the limit resets and writes about it only to you. The last voice message is always finished in full: nothing is cut off in the middle.
How do I pay and how do I cancel?
Pay with Stars inside Telegram, via a button in the bot. A plan lasts 30 days and doesn't renew itself: there are no auto-charges, so there's nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Telegram: Stars are returned via the same payment they came in, right inside the messenger.
